Shape-Shifter - She may take on any white feathered, avian form that she learns. To learn a form, all she has to do is meet one, study it's habits for a while, and mentally render it into her crystal.

Her shape-shifting abilities are limited on size, she can only change and maintain pure avian forms whit out complications, up to five and a half foot tall. This is primarily because it takes her own bodies resources to build the new form.

She can take one shape at this point that is almost human, but only in appearance. She's much smaller than her normal height, and not as physically strong as she is in her pure avian forms. This poses another danger to her as well, since to reshape her body, the magic that does this uses her own body's natural resources. This means it has to change the structure of her body, and her body through the magic has to maintain it. Thus if she's in it for too long, she weakens drastically. She would have to eat and drink more, to provide her body with enough to survive. For it takes more than twice the amount of vital resources of life, to prolong this form. Here is a time table of what to expect from her in each stage of her weakening.

Healing Powers

This have a lot of power to them in more ways than anyone could possibly understand. This is where her internal knowledge of the avian body comes in to play, as well as her mental stability. She has to be able to focus her attention on the one at hand. Causing any distractions, interrupting her, or even stopping her, could result in adverse affects of what she's doing. Some of what she is capable of is listed here below, and again, these use up a lot of her valuable, life resources to do these things. There for it takes her some time to recover from the more demanding healing.

Blue Heart Crystal of Life

With this she can bring back a life of another avian, but she can not bring back her own. This has to be done by another that has life in them, that shares the same magical powers as herself. By holding the crystal to her heart with her right left hand, and her right hand over the others heart. She can transfer some of her life into that of the severely injured, or immediately death stricken avian. This is the most powerful of all her crystals, and it takes more out of her than anything. It instantly takes her down to a Day 4 to 5 in her human form (Depending on the size of the body). This is why she can only do it once in a two week period of time. There are other ways of prolonging the others life, but not long enough for them to be saved while she recovers. This is only done out of a last, or drastic measure. The one she does this for has to really be a key, important soul to her, for her to even want to do this. Like her mate would be one of them.

Ice Crystal of Healing

This one can heal most wounds, it can not replace lost limbs (That would require her to use her Heart Crystal of Life). All she has to do is hold the crystal over the wound with one hand, and hold her heart crystal in the other. Transferring only that which is needed to heal the wounds. Depending on the size of the injury, decides how much of her resources are taken. Rather large wounds could take her down to a level of Day 3, but the most normally only take her down to Day 2. Mostly this one is safe.

Ice Crystal of SF

This is her main crystal for her changing. This holds her knowledge of different species, as well as her human form. Only she and one other can use this crystal, it is her shape-shifting abilities that are held here. Only one other can even make use of it, that would be her mate. For she would only intrust this to someone she knows will hold it's secrets, and value what powers it has over her. This would be what is needed to save her from death in her humanoid form. Her mate would have to bring this or come to her and take it from her. Her mate would then have to call upon its magical powers to force her into a safer form. Even after that, she would need days of rest, to regain that which she has lost so much of. As long as it is a pure avian form she takes, it only can make her slightly hungry to change. Now if she's having to change a lot, it could take her down to Day 2, and if she's in her human form a lot, it could take her down to Day 4 if she isn't careful. Now do note, the smaller the form she takes in a avian form, the quicker she can recover, and the less she'll need to eat and drink to make up for the loss.

Sapphire Crystal of Illusion

This one holds mysterious qualities indeed. It is used in seeing into the mind of the sick, and weakened avians. It is so she can see into their thoughts, with out really invading their real existence. It allows her to go back with them, and see all that has happened, so she can take the appropriate measures in healing them. While she does this, she can talk to them, direct them, and almost make them feel like she's really there to save them, but it is more of an illusion, than real. It could be called her dream crystal, and be just as accurate. This is used by placing the crystal on the forehead of the injured or sick, with one of her hands holding her heart crystal. This allows her to use her energy to break into the visions of the ill, and weak. This could also be used to invade dreams as well, if she so needed to take control over another avian, to help or seek out something that she felt was of great importance, she could easily do this. It would be straining her powers to do so, but not enough for her to worry. The most this crystal could take her down to is Day 2, 3 if she prolonged it over a 8 hours use in one day. But that would be drastic, it would really have to be of high importance, life or death situation. This in a way, is how she can control the minds of other avians, but she has to have them willingly let her put the crystal on their head, for it to work. Willingly, meaning they're either too weak to resists, or they get tricked or persuaded by her to proceed.
